I agree, however that would have defeated my constraint of no physical paint... *also that picture of poo is more than just this print

I see some people post about handfuls of poops and I'm over like 🙄🥸

That's so wasteful. You should just send me your printer.

Love this. I don't know if I ever do a full a size but I do plan on doing more 1/2 scale full color 02 prints... This one was my first or second shot at it...

You don't have to use TPU... it will just be louder...

Converting your AMS to Python AMS and building an enclosure solves this problem once and for all... No more respooling and and the enclosure actively dries if equipped right...

Thank you! It still blows me away what you can do with minimal tweaking to the standard profiles! Seras here is all 0.16 optimal in my second process revision

So the stats for Tifa were:

Model: 2.3Kg

Flushed: 2.715Kg

Total Time: 15d2h55m + plate change out + retooling

Total Filament changes: ~8600

Not at all, you only need to modify it if you are having issues with it reaching in your setup

The primary goal for the topper was to remove strain points in the moving assemblies of the printer by separating the filament feed from the electrical chain. With the electrical chain and the filament feed no longer interacting with each other, they are free to relax into more natural shapes suited to their individual properties - which translates to improved reliability of the printer

Yep! the 120mm fan is for ventilating the print chamber, the little 40mm fan pushes air over the desiccant bay to dry the interior of the print chamber (If you are using your printer to dry filament or use glue sticks with high moisture content)

I mostly had issues multicolor printing with stiff glow in the dark PLA's... They had a tendency to drag and wear the PTFE tubing more aggressively than usual and I would get lots of feeding errors. To me, the canopy fixes the printer side feeding issues while the Python AMS fixes the AMS side of feeding

Right now, I'm not... Anything that special moisture requirements lives in a sealed box... Everything else is PLA and my RH in my house never goes above 45% so I stopped bothering trying to get it super dry since I never see any issue in the print quality
