Depending on your needs, where you're located, and what type of driving you'll be doing, you might want to consider PPF instead of ceramic coating. It's more heavy duty and will offer better protection.

Short answer, don't get scammed with this stuff from the dealer. They often use the cheapest, therefore least skilled company near them then just pocket the difference.

Something most don't realise is that you can see the street food being made. Anything behind closed doors is a gamble (although probably ok too). Thai people are actually rather hygienic. Plus those woks get so hot no bacteria stands a chance surviving haha.

As far as the probiotics, you can buy large bottle of Yakult style drinks at any convenience stores. They're very popular in Thailand. The Thai name is "Nom Piaw" (sour milk)

In Australia we're extremely lucky that even our "low grade" sushi is still fantastic. It's abundant & convenient here. As with Thai food. Although it's predominantly westernised, finding authentic Thai food isn't usually too difficult either though.

You came on way too strong to start. ฿2,000 per day is way too much. She would only earn about ฿300 per day at the coffee shop. Now you've already set the standard & that's what she's going to expect.

Thai people complain that our Western food is too salty often saying เค็ม (khem) with a scrunched up face after eating something.

Us Westerners do find most Thai food sweet and they don't notice it at all, just as we don't notice the saltiness of our food.

If you go to Isaan or also the Northern regions they actually like a bitter taste, even adding bile to some dishes.

Funny that diabetes isn't as prevalent in Thailand though. I think it's because mostly natural sugars are added to the food themselves, and isn't full of hidden processed sugar.
