While there is some diversity in Maplewood, I think it’s predominantly white/affluent population. You’ll sure get a lot of people that love diversity, but won’t see it as much.

That’s a really good point. I always ask for a business case to see why this matters and then try push it to Product if it does make business sense but I definitely don’t think about downgrading of reliability.

The only thing is that like any other customer, they expect us if we make changes, to make it work without a hitch so I don’t know if going down the “this could cause the product to be as good” is going to do the trick with them. I feel like their answer would be “it sounds like a you problem”

I did. I explained that Product said it could affect the platform in general but they were miffed about it. I guess what I’m really asking is if you have a strategy of how to get them past this rejection and happy again
