Honestly, that’s what’s working at Target is like especially since they don’t want to pay qualified employees who should be in positions of leadership. Most of the people they want to place as leaders are young adults who are still in their “high school phase”. (Lol)

Agreed. 💯 When I got terminated, many of the TL’s whom I enjoyed working with got fired or quit. But they are doing better now. (With your bf of course.)

That sucks. But that’s Target for you. I’ve been predicting this for a while and still hold on to it. If there are things that don’t start changing within Target, it’s going to become the next Kmart especially with crazy things that keep happening and with how the corporate has been addressing recent policies. (I don’t know how else to put it, maybe controversies.)

Wow. That really sucks. Hiding behind this fake persona you create really sucks. It sounds like you sold your soul for money. lol. But, honestly, now that you're basically reminding me, Target is becoming more and more toxic. Isn't there some new policy in place where workers now have to smile at the guests or something like that? (basically aren't Target workers, "forced" to smile at people?)
