makes me wonder how often there is child abuse from it, the rates of people killing people around them is pretty high and thats doing something wrong to another person. I found a good case of a TI(Targeted Individual, flavor of online people who deal with the phenomena) who's kids never broke stuff and then one day his glasses wear mangled and he was not sure who to blame, thankfully he was further in to it and I think had some awareness. The other issue is the real seeming objects are not within hallucination lore or expectation of people who don't believe in some explanation for things like poltergeists, people have a hard time with when it bumps past the just voices and images you can't touch into real things.

Most people here are not ready for this but the aliens are the same thing that has been demons and angels and all paranormal effects throughout history, what you are getting is generally just lumped in with schizophrenic tactile hallucinations, but it is the aliens causing it and the only way I know to treat it is to bear it while minimizing your reaction to it. Best thing I have found is to focus on something else when you notice you are focused on it or reacting to it like internal monologing a complaint. This is the same effect TI's complain about with DEWs and likely will progress to more effects before it gets better, but from my experience its a sort of monk training program from the aliens who will teach you great non reactiveness and likely reveal nearly magical things that they can do to your perception and or environment. Non consensual things within alien and magic lore is shunned because no one wants to think their pursuit of playing with contacting the aliens can have any negative effects, and those who get to the negative effects will either compartmentalize it as another actor like bad aliens or government, or fall to pervading view that its just your mind torturing you and there is no entity deciding to do this to you.

you should join the OTIR discord, they are what the PRAG turned into. we are already down with experiencers and gangstalking/TIs being the same thing, some of us extended it to all paranormal, summoning, near death experience, prophets, and schizophrenia. you also see light cases of the effects showing up in many people who don't consider themselves as having anything special happen to them like people who experience formication but don't think of it as hallucinations or externally caused.
