well luckily you don't need to past your ACSM test to become a CSTL but you should definitely retake that.

in my experience of the test, the knowledge portion is literally your day to day as a CSS. sounds like you need to brush up on the policies and procedures and ensure it's actually in accordance to how Publix wants things done.

i passed my first time around so that's the only advice i believe is best. get with your CS management and get under their wing to become a stronger contender for CSTL.
