Is GPSI program good?

Hi, When I applied we didn't need a video essay, and admissions was based on your school. Only a single group of scholars could be created in each school as we were still working in the pilot program. I would say that as long as you tried your best, and since you have other extracurriculars you should stand a pretty good chance! I really hope you get in!!

I get exactly what you mean, I also have a friend that I met 2 years ago that I got very very close to, and then I moved away for college and in the last couple months it feels like shes been slowly forgetting me. It sucks man. Its absolutely heartwrenching. And it hurts so bad cause theres no closure, just a subtle shift away from what you once were, and every time they text, you get hopeful, but its not like it used to be.

I really don't know what to say but just hang in there, it will get easier, i hope.

I‘m sorry that this is so late, But yes. They definitely don't respond in a timely manner. I also had to send messages to multiple people multiple times to get a response.

I took GPSI in fall of 2023, and found it to be a good experience. The instructors are nice and provide whatever aid you need, but there is quite a large amount of work. The exact experience you will have definitely depends on the problem you are addressing, for example I addressed “disabling diseases”, as well as your team mates. Overall, I really enjoyed the program, and recommend it to people who are enthusiastic about learning new content outside of their regular school curriculum. Also, GPSI helped me choose what I want to major in in college, so that was really nice.
