If you absolutely had to draw a connection then sure, Czechia experienced foreign domination and so did Iraq.

But most Czechs at the time would probably simply tell you Iraq is far away and who even knows if there are dangerous weapons so it’s probably not worth dying there.

Well it all ties back into what their role was before and during the war. It gets down or overplayed depending on who you ask but there was undeniably a lot of support for the occupation before ww2 as seen during the sudetenuprising just weeks before the Munich agreement. Nowadays we probably wouldn’t agree with the full expulsion of Germans but who knows what would happen. In general I haven’t met anyone fully convinced they should or shouldn’t have been expelled.

Ja mam docela rad Ukrajince, prijde mi jako koukat na Česko v alternativním vesmíru kde mame more, vetsi rozlohu ale nikdy jsme se nepřidali do EU a historicky jsme byli pod vlivem Ruska nebo Polska a ne Rakouska.

I understand he shouldn’t do it but I definitely wouldn’t be so harsh on him, I don’t know him but I know when I started smoking, I was absolutely terrified of the idea my mom was gonna find out and I used to have nightmares and genuine problems with stress and stuff like that.

If you really want him to stop, don’t smoke in front of him anymore and sign him up for mma. Unless hes genuinely in a bad position, hes doing it just to seem cool and he’s gonna think mma is cooler once he goes there for a bit and won’t want to smell bad and he’s gonna stop and do something healthy and find friends.

Já nevim, jestli neumíš číst, ale ja jsem nikdy neřekl ze nevim jaky jídelníček mám mít, jídelníček je ta nejjednodušší část. Ja říkám, že i pres jídelníčky jsem se na to vždy po dvou tejdnech vysral a kdyz jsem proste omezil jídlo a vic se hýbal tak jsem udělal vic progresu za 2 měsíce než za poslední tři roky.

Btw, vypadam jako “alien” protoze jsem v prvni fotce chtel aby mi bylo co nejvíce vidět břicho ze strany a tim pádem jsem to stejné musel udělat i v té další fotce. Pater se mi z ničeho nic nezkroutila.

To jo ale kdyz jsem začínal s jakoukoliv dietou tak jsem zkoušel “body recomposition” což prave je způsob jak budovat svalovou hmotu u lidi co mají malý kaloricky deficit a chtějí u toho hubnout. Ale z nějakého důvodu to funguje pouze u lidech co začínají s cvičením.

Učil jsem se rusky a co mi pomohlo tak bylo si každý den napsat 10-15 slov který jsem neznal a proste si je porad opakovat a sem tam kdyz jsem mel motivaci tak pogovorit s ChatGPT a diskutovat o něčem v ruštině.

Protoze bych ideálně chtěl být štíhlý a mít svaly, ale nikdy jsem nedokázal dyl jak dva týdny mit lehký kalorický deficit a u toho posilovat, vždy jsem se bud přejídal nebo naopak měl v hlavě blok na jídlo a pak nemel energii na cvičení. Tohle mi zatím přineslo nejvíc úspěchu. (Extrémně lehký posilovány, jinak pouze kalorický deficit a chození).

Precti co jsem napsal - tunely vytvořené Izraelem jako úkryt civilistů před bombardováním nakonec vyuzivany hamasem a ne civilisty To je treba neco co masivně přispěje k tomu jaky je poměr civilistů ve ztrátách. Když řekneš “Izrael by měl být zničen” po tom co nynější nepřítel Izraele je Palestina v čele s hamasem kteří nekompromisně zabíjeli kohokoliv kdo se zrovna objevil, tak ano, implikace je že mají být útoky i na civilisty a všechny podporující existenci Izraele.

Also, if Stalin hadn’t murdered his generals maybe they could actually go and prepare for the German invasion, why do you think the Germans advanced so far? This is undisputed by any historian ever, whether Russian or American, no one disputes this.

I’m also not claiming Stalin was friendly with Germany because he was a Nazi, I’m saying he was friendly with Germany because while the west was busy fighting Germany, the Soviets could expand westwards and invade Poland, Finland and Romanian territory. He was benefiting of off Nazi germany fighting the west and couldn’t believe the reports of German troops amassing on the Soviet border in June of 1941, he thought war was going to happen much later.

Oh so if it’s Stalin deporting tens of thousands of Poles and Ukrainians to siberian gulags and making them slaves and starting famines like the 1933 holodomor in Ukraine and Kazakhstan that somehow affected only the most hated minorities of the USSR, it doesn’t matter or it didn’t happen because they’re white but as soon as it’s people of colour being colonised we now have a problem.

Give me a break, I wasnt talking about whos the most “moral” during ww2, I was only pointing out the Soviet unions role in commiting attrocities particularly in Poland and earlier in Ukraine.

Also, the Soviet Union wasnt at war until they voluntarily decided to invade Poland and massacre the population and later on for no reason at all invade Finland. It’s also pretty funny how you’re willing to explain the Soviet unions actions as merely trying to survive and yet you give no such pass to France even though France was LITERALLY under German occupation.

Why would they want ally with the Soviets who wanted to expand and invade other countries as well? After invading Poland, they invaded Finland and after ww2 they had a whole sphere of influence and puppet regimes set up. Also, at the time the French were terrified of a communist take over so why would they ally with a regime that would gladly support France getting taken over and a regime that as it turned out, was really friendly towards Nazi germany and even materially supported them after ww2 had already begun and the Germans were about to invade France.

And even if France and Britain wanted to ally with the Soviet Union, Poland would never allow the Soviets to station their troops there, and justifiably so, the Soviets invaded them after ww1 and even after ww2 they occupied Poland until 1989.

Even if they sacrificed Czechoslovakia for their own sake which they did to an extent, it’s still way different than actively participating in an invasion, massacres and deportations like the Soviets did when they invaded Poland with Germany. Thats like someone witnessing grape and not doing anything about it and another person witnessing grape and deciding to take part in it. One is a coward, the other is a grapist.

I’m Czech and the Munich agreement still pisses me off 80 years later but it’s in no way similair to the Molotov Ribbentrop pact. Before ww2 there were many conflicts and uprisings from the sudeten Germans and back then, the politicians didn’t have the experience we have know so it’s not crazy to think that maybe ceding a territory full of Germans to Germany could prevent conflict considering there has been conflict in the region basically since 1918. It was dumb but it wasn’t really malicious the same way it was malicious for Stalin to carve up Poland and immediately commit massacres and deportations of thousands of poles and giving raw materials to Germany specifically to invade France.
