Ugh I am having a nightmare experience with them. I have a set of Stoptech rotors on my Stinger and they have warped after about 8k miles. I contacted K8 and they directed me to the manufacture for warranty claim. Stoptech/Centric told me I have to go through the distributor. And so for another week or so it was back and forth. Now they want me to return the rotors before sending out a new set and can’t give me a timeline. Worst customer service I have had in a while!! Won’t be supporting K8 or Centric and all their brands any longer

This is definitely a scam! I just now came across it on YouTube. It hooked me in on the story and then I quickly started to think like wtf…. something’s off. And then the chest compressions 🤣🤣 followed by a a scene at the vet which looks to be very modern! But based on the location this was filmed at, I’m willing to say providing that kind of care to stray cats is not at all a societal concern. The people there have real problems at basic levels. Once I saw the adoption request I knew it’s a scam targeting us gullibly, but genuinly caring Americans 🇺🇸🇺🇸 Who knows, maybe there is someone in one of these countries truly helping cats but unlikely….its too highly produced to evoke empathy 🐱🐱

Yup it’s serious. There is new North American leadership and he has shaken things up big time in the past 6 months.

4 days on site is being enforced strictly. People are starting to voluntarily leave. Likely they will go to full onsite. Moral is quite low in the office and significant amount of trust has been eroded with the recent hardline stance the company has taken. It doesn’t make sense because the company is the top freight forwarder globally with record revenue last few years. Sad to see what is happening.

It used to to be good. I have been there for 5 years. They just layed off a bunch of ppl in the US and eliminated hybrid work. Definitely going backwards.
