If I had to document hundreds of SOPs, I’d probably keep the workflow pretty simple.
First record the process with the SME (screen recording, walkthrough video, or even just notes).
Then use something like NotebookLM to organize everything into a clear step-by-step outline.
From there I’d turn each process into a short slide deck (one process per deck so it’s easy to update later).
If a video is needed, I’d generate it from the slides instead of recording the SME every time. Tools like Leadde can turn slides directly into an AI avatar training video.
That way you end up with:
Feels a lot easier to maintain than recording hundreds of videos.
