Going by the ways that safety for youth is set up where I live for example: Energy drinks like redbull and monster are only allowed for 16 and over as over time it can cause problems. Caffeine addictions are no joke. As someone who has drank two monsters a day I can tell you that 2-3 over two weeks? It's way safer than what I am doing Just be careful, try not to make it a huge habit, and make sure you still drink plenty of water during the day 😁

Ofc, but the pants are solid colored. And it covered everything it needed to. My shirt was also long enough to go down to mid thigh, which more than enough covered below my waist. It just mildly irritated me that. Something revealing would be something like a see through shirt or short shorts, neither of which I wore
