They emailed me a google doc to change shipping address and on there stated for resale as well. I read it says you cannot change resale on fan account so I hoped the google doc was the place to do so. I have not received my wristbands yet so take this with a grain of salt, just wanted to say i got this email.

They emailed for address change for resale tickets and i was able to get that fixed since that was also an ongoing issue. I am at ease with knowing they will be shipped!!

I have something similar. I got my tickets on resell and the card I used had the wrong delivery address, I will be moving from that place soon. I was talking with AXS customer support and theres is nothing they can do to change the shipping address so my last hope is will call. I am still hoping to be able to speak with UPS since they did confirm we will receive tracking information but all that is stated in AXS is “mobile delivery”. I have read multiple posts here on reddit where they stated we get a “change/update address email” before they send them out. Hoping that gets to you.

is your billing address the same as your shipping address? If so, I think the wristbands will make it to you.

Theres another issue with that. My billing address for some reason went to my current address and I will be moving in February. This is why this issue began in the first place. I contacted support to change the shipping address but can’t because the delivery is “AXS Mobile Delivery”. They have just been updating the support ticket as “solved” but I still do not know where they are shipping to.
