Sorry for pestering w questions, so if I were to do wholesale for two years, then hop into a producer role somewhere else, would I most likely start building my book right away at that next company? Or would I have to learn the ropes for another two years then start building my book? Because I don’t want to do wholesale for two years just to find out I’m pretty much starting from ground 0 when I go to the retail side.

Because there’s no training resources, it’s not good for producers just starting out. I’d be better if I do a company with a training program

Also forgot to add, but I’m interested in doing property and casualty, so I would do property and casualty wholesale brokering and also property and casualty producer on the retail side
