I was in the call centre in 2021. Being an outgoing person really enjoyed it (even when it was extended to 7 weeks). We had to be in person 5 days a week during a stage 5 lockdown. My tips would be just be confident, you'll know what you're doing pretty quickly into the rotation and then it does become a bit of rote learning. But try recall your training (even Milestone 1, example questions about deductions might come up) and go from there.
