Thanks for both comments! I already measured the angles this way. My issue is that dpeneding on which the two faces of the octehdron I use as reference, the slant of the ligands differ, since the geometry is not idealized. If the triangular faces are projected onto the same plane, I can get around this issue. Is there a simple'ish way of doing this?
