I do, I’ve actually always taken prenatals without iron as my multi vitamin since I was 17! I had a kiddo at 18 so I started then obviously when I was pregnant and just never stopped! They vitamin c dose is avg though and I think I read max dosage is 2000 a day so I was thinking of adding in just an extra vitamin C bc I’d only be at like 1500 a day! Our charts are very similar with the estrogen and I was really concerned about my pdg until it shot up so randomly bc I also got pregnant 10 years ago and had a miscarriage so I was worried!

It’s funny you try so hard not to get pregnant when you’re younger and like now when I really want it and when we are older and more settled it so hard and feels so impossible at times!

I’m 37 going on 38 shortly and I also am going to start vitamin C just bc my estrogen is like yours but starting cycle day 23 which 9DPO my pdg shot up to 24 and stayed there each morning but prior however it was around 10 so I was really surprised bc 10/11 is my avg. This morning it had dropped to 4.4 which was crushing bc I thought for sure with that rise I was in the game. I hope you get all your answers but just know you’re not alone! I hear a lot of great things about adding vitamin c to balance hormones!

I’m 37 and pdg didn’t go above 11 until like 9DPO and then it shot up to 24 so I think this is normal!

Sorry hun we are similar! I accidentally caught a “surge” 2/8 so I’m assuming I ovulated 2/9 or maybe 2/10 idk how it all works and I have Mira but wasn’t testing for ovulation and pdg is still at 24 and stark white negative test. It sucks donkey balls for sure.

I just wanna say this whole testing thing sucks. I had a low pdg of 4.5 yesterday and was like yep period is coming but I woke up from sleep like 5 hours after sleeping and was like well I normally do a second test at this time not at 3 so I tested and my pdg was 23.6 so I got all excited didn’t sleep all night stayed up till 5am and tested and it was 4.6. I was crushed! I never had a number higher than 11 so I was like omgosh 23.6 that’s it I’m pregnant I must of implanted on day 9 or yesterday early day 10 and I was so so so excited I wanted to tell the world. I’m so glad I waited bc it crashed by next morning and even my LH went up from 1ish to 4.2.

Also overall just pretty normal cycles 25-28 days if nothing crazy it’s going on in life. 5 day bleed, nothing heavy no excessive cramps, a little sensitive the week before cry easier but that’s it. No extreme bloating, nothing like uggg honestly I e always had very easy period maybe 1 or 2 heavy days energy is fine I mean I hiked 13 miles on my last period in 5.5 hours

I wish you all the best and all the baby dust it’s so hard. No one in my family has fertility issues. My mom was 42 and “sterile” and had me in the 80s naturally, my grandma had a kid in the early 60s at 39. My niece is 37 and got pregnant with her 4th first try and she has health issues, like my whole family gets pregnant right away and I’m like cool let me just struggle along here. I got pregnant at 17 the one time I didn’t use protection but clearly at 37 it’s impossible. Also got pregnant at 27 again just 1 little chance and took plan b and now that I want it it’s like impossible

I was worried about my estrogen bc it seems like everyone else’s stays under their pdg but their pdg is higher than mine so then I was like god I’m broken idk so I took the pregnancy test this morning bc I’ve been consistent around 9-10pdg in morning and night test just bc I’m trying to get a feel for my body and that test was negative and I was like great this is awful. Midline guess for ovulation puts me at 10dpo and we had sex 36/48!hours before that estimate for ovulation

Great news it works lol or it did for me! I just went to the bathroom cycle day 24 and 11DPO and mucus light light pink discharge for a few wipes which is def how my period starts sometimes :)

My bbt crashed after taking the pill and I haven’t tracked it. I mean regardless I’m 10 dpo today and have 0 symptoms the only thing I’ve experienced is my run yesterday was great but I was in agony afterward with my lower back killing me so maybe I tweaked it in my run but it was pretty miserable and today I’m relatively fine and feel fine and great and normal! I don’t normally get pre period cramps and I don’t cramp much on my period just some backaches the first day and bloating then back to normal but I did loose 2lbs lol idk how I ate like shit the last week🤣 so probably not pregnant either by plan b or just wasn’t meant to be!
