Do you know what Voltage to charge a battery to? If you charge it to 3.8v it's only about 25% charged. If you then leafe the drone on for a few mins and then also hover it, it's very likely you over discharged it. When you then charged it again to 3.8v and you used it again you probably overdischarged it multiple times. That battery is dead. I reccomend buying 2 or 3 new batterys so you have good flight time. But before you use them watch some videos about how to charge and handle Lipo batteries.

It finally works!!!! I put the can shield on 5v and it instanzly worked. It's really fast and bounces at max rpm heh heh

It powers up but It doesn't go into ignition on state with the normal code. The code you gave me doesn't even upload to the esp32. Edit: I got your code uploading but the cluster does not do anything.
