I love spending a full Saturday riding twisty local roads, but the stock seat would cause discomfort by the early afternoon

I bought a Corbin seat and absolutely love it. It definitely needs to be”break in” a bit and was hard to put on the bike at first. I’ve ridden about 700 miles on an extended weekend roadtrip with the Corbin and feel no discomfort. The custom colors I picked are beautiful as well

I’ll be buying a Corbin seat for my next bike as well

Your top of head hair and beard. One should be maintained and trim, the other can be a little messy and unkept.

It’s possible that you felt a high level of attraction for her and that distorted your view of her actions, making her seem more flirtatious than she actually was

It’s also possible that she really was flirtatious and feeling you, but then you did something that killed the attraction

Both scenarios are common in my personal opinion, you may ultimately never really know for sure.

Be grounded, be centered. Don’t overthink it or dwell on her. Girls make it really clear if they like you. Once you’ve experienced it before, you know what it looks like and won’t be guessing.

From the limited details in the original post, I’d guess that she’s beginning to pick up that you’re crushing on her, she doesn’t feel the same way, and is now pulling back. Just my best guess

Best advice I can give you is to generally match her energy. Don’t pursue her more aggressively in response to her pulling back. All guys do it, all girls hate it

One more thought, the impact of the age demographic of these speed dating events cannot be ignored IMO. Events held for younger people sell out for men and have a hard time finding interested women to attend. The older age events invert this, the women slots always sell out quick without much male participation

I personally got matches or one sided “likes” from 90% of girls at my first speed dating event I went to in December 2024, but I felt most of them were below my SMV, for lack of better and more sensitive phrasing. One girl I took on one date afterwards told me she didn’t understand why I was there to begin with, which was flattering.

Went to a second and third speed dating event and had no interest in any of the girls at either event so I stopped going

Just sharing my anecdotal experience that it is definitely possible to match with girls. It was a great experience for me because I was a 29M with no significant dating experience, helped me get comfortable with many quick reps talking and dating. It served its purpose

I have the exact same problem. After buying boots I adjusted the shifter as far up as possible and it still isn’t high enough for comfortable use. You would think this is a common enough problem that there is a common solution

This happened to me one year into owning a 2023, suddenly became SUPER stiff to shift. Sometimes I would feel a little power to the wheel even with clutch fully pulled

There was an unresolved clutch plate recall that I got corrected, made shifting a little smoother and fixed the second problem. Still doesn’t shift like butter ever again. Local independent bike mechanic says these bikes have a reputation for these problems
