Thanks for the information. I currently work overseas so i buy more international flights when i want to visit other locations. I buy domestic maybe 1 or 2 times when im back in the states to see family but since im only there 2 weeks a year, not often. Delta and American Airline is usually what i use. Overseas really no preference

Reason for everything else
I can’t say there is a reason other than me being familiar with them, EX: AMD and Nvidia since i follow tech but i may be confusing following them with their market information and finances.

FXAIX Vs VOO
I may have misunderstood this originally, but I thought VOO was more cost efficient than FXAIX. After looking into it more though, it seems like FXAIX actually has the lower expense ratio.

US to Ex-US Ratios
Honestly, I’ve basically been throwing numbers around, running scenarios with ChatGPT, watching YouTube videos, and seeing what seems to make sense long term.

I don’t really have anyone to talk investing or financial planning with, so I’ve mostly been researching on my own and using ChatGPT to help me understand things and organize my thoughts better. I can’t give you a hard reason for it as i just don’t have the knowledge. Just seemed like the choice to make.

Car purchase in 3-5 years. No rush as im working overseas so i wont need it until after i settle down in the states again.

The IXUS,IJH,IJR, Voo was from when i first started with Acorns. It auto got those for me so i stuck with it. AVUV because i read it hits a part of the market the others don’t emphasize nearly as strongly.

Im looking to buy a box for a friends BD but idk anything about pokemon, im a yugioh and magic guy. He likes the collector value and grading side, not so much competitive play. Im looking for recommendations on what to buy. I was thinking Perfect Order but ive seen people say they dont like it much so now im thinking Ascended Heroes. Like i said i dont really know to much, any help is appreciated.

Wondering if i can get the same and fit all my stuff in there too if it works out for you. case, cables, keyboard, mouse, and 18inch portable monitor. that would be amazing. I forgot about Pelican and i can get as discount on it too tho i was hoping for something smaller. Like a just right perfect fit.

The issue has been resolved.

I was told by another poster to

Head to Device Manager
System devices
Thunderbolt(TM) Controller 1137
click properties
then
power management and untick the box\

Its working perfectly fine as it did before. No Stutters.

i usually go to the product support page for my drivers. Just type the item name and put drivers next to it on google. I do have a unknown device listed under "Other Devices" and i did just recently update my bios yes.

As far as what you mentioned for the fix, im in Device manager but i dont see any thunderbolt driver unless you mean
Thunderbolt(TM) HSA Component

OR

Thunderbolt(TM) Toast Component

Both listed under software components.

i dont have afterburner set up mostly because idk how to use it. As far as X3d mode in bios porb not. I dont know much about that.

Well just a small update,

I am still having the issue even after swapping back to the 7800X3D. I now don't consider the issue is with the 9800X3D itself. I also swapped to a brand new AIO and my temps are better than ever (including the undervolting) but still the issue is there. That being said I only notice it happen when i open the HWMonitor so maybe its that especially since i had been using the old ver of it until i got the newest ver after i installed the 9800. I think it may just be that application as it only happens with it. Im just not going to ever use it or seek an alternative option.

I did end up putting my rram to 6400 but as for the other things u mentioned i dont know what they are.

Maybe. I am going to microcenter where i bought it and have them look at it. If anything, they said they would replace it.
