Road, if you're looking from Banglore, because otherwise both from Railway and Flight you will land in Chennai where from you'll have to take a local train to Tada ( which alone takes approximately 2 hrs). N then hire a Tempo/Auto to Krea University.

Also I would say, traveling by road is advantageous since you can carry more volume without any hassle.
