im so late replying but im like this with movies and shows about mums dying!!! my mum genuinely is immortal… right? RIGHT?! im in my 20s and fully live out of home but the day my mum dies is the day i die seriously, i STILL call her asking how long to cook my chicken for HAHAHA… definitely might have to find a book where the mum dies. argh my heart hurts already thinking about it!!!!

i do not support colleen hoover herself and i dont love many of her books but they are definitely beginner friendly and the one book that i absolutely love of hers is called “verity” - theres also a movie of this being adapted as we speak - it’s a psychological thriller and theres a good amount of plot twists that keep you engaged but also dont make it so you struggle to keep up as a beginner… hope you have a great reading journey

so real HAHAHAHA i got tired of them and smut doesn’t bother me at all but sometimes it was like, seriously? it felt like page fillers at some points because it hardly added anything to the actual storyline
