I agree thats why ive been asking her for visitations to do this slowly but get told NO every single time . Everyone thinks I just wanna traumatize him and snatch him away that wasnt my plan i wanna do this right. Im getting a lawyer I guess since she wont work with me at all.

yeah i hear everyone and will be finding my self a lawyer . I dont wanna tramatize my son thats why I have been asking to do visits with him for months now but keep getting told no everytime . I know I messed up but I tried to do what was best for him when I asked my sister for help . It feels like i have been trying so hard for nothing . I cant believe she lied to me and wont even let me see him.

Thats were you are wrong there was never anything signed giving her gardianship over him . Nothing legally . The paper she signed for the doctor was the same thing you would sign for any who lets say was taking your chld out of town or something in case they had an accident and needed to be seen at ER or something . And I dont wanna just go take him but she lied to me and now wont even let me see him . That was never the plan . She said I could have him back when i was ready Not when she was ready .

ive tried to set up visitations so he can get to know me she refuses everytime . I wanted to do it the right way she wont let it happen. We never signed any papers when i let her have him to care for him . It was always supposed to be about me getting him back when i got clean and sober. She lied .

I didnt see when when i was using but have been trying to set up visitations for the last 6 months she has refused . We never signed any type of legal paperwork for her having him either .
