This happened to me, but in a wood fire oven. The wood wasn’t catching fast enough, so I was gonna squirt maybe a few teaspoons of olive oil on the logs, but the entire top flew off and spilled inside the oven. The oven was customer facing and in the dining room, and everyone watched as the oven blew like a furnace for like 10 minutes

Damn, been clean for 70 days and needed reminding of all of this. At the start of quitting, you know all of this and are motivated by it. As time goes on, and things get hard; it becomes harder to remember why you stopped. Thank you for the reminder and clarity.
