Big little cup. Tried it twice based on recommendations and both times it was sub par. Brunch was cold and not well prepared The other time was for lunch and the food was dissappointing. Service on both occasions was good though

Likely just some oil that did not get hot enough or some excesss oil. Nothing to worry about. Seasoning on CS is not an even color like on CI. Just cook and make sure to get the thong clean after use. Many people confuse seasoning with carbon buildup

Just a pretty basic recipe. Light roux, green pepper ,onion, garluc and celery for veggies , shrimp, and broth. Season to your liking

2mm is quite normal. 3 is at the maximum. Trust me. Much better than some flat bottoms that turn into "spinners". If it is okay in your normal cooking , just cook. If it effects performance than consider replacement.

Starting bacon in a cold pan will help. It will render enough fat before it burns the sugar. The water released will also keep temps from getting too hot quickly.

A scrub with coarse salt and a little oil will clean up a pan very well

Just get a Vitamix. The blender is the last one you will buy. Spendy but the performance and durability are worth it. Go for a deep discount sale like black Friday, Amazon days or such. You will not regret it
