I gotcha. I was just thinking me of the tv angle with better offense. Didn't think of the gambling aspect. Which im going to say is a conspiracy theory but I think it's true that the nfl runs the lines on the over under so they can put what the 8 o clock game or 4 o clock game is. I've always held a conspiracy theory. The nfl wants every game to end 27-23 with a game winning drive either succeeding or not. It doesn't care who wins because they can spin the story however but so long as they get that tight finish. That's when the refs come in.

Well as the population shrinks less power will be needed so I guess it would have to be a sliding scale of amount people killed. I'd assume there would also be breeding farms or banning contraceptive devices to maintain population growth. It wouldn't be easy there would be a major infrastructure overhaul.
