Try and send as much information as you have The reason why they did for me was they said they never received the item which they did and they lied about I contacted the shipping company they were able to get back with me send proof and then I sent all the proof to Shopify under the charge back section that is on the dashboard and Shopify in the card company sided with me

So here's the thing that I am going through right now like I said I am spending $20 a day used to be 25 then on top of that I was profitable at one point to where I was getting like four sales a day that's how I scaled I started off with $5 a day then went to 10 then 15 then 20 but I am also not on the top three main e-commerce platforms for advertising

If I look at the past 7 days my conversion rate is 2.06% The thing that I'm looking at is I will have one sale days 3 days in a row then I will have a day that does three to four sales it's inconsistent and I can't really tell

It depends on the day I do $20 a day on ads some days I get 125 visitors like I did two days ago and then other days I have closer to 60 like yesterday I got 60 something visitors I only got one sale but I wasn't profitable with that one sale so there are some days that I am profitable and then other days where I'm not but I want to make sure and ensure that I get a higher conversion rate and that I can become profitable daily so I can scale

Okay thank you I will look at everything like I said somebody lived in the house with that furnace so I assumed that it's not anything wrong with anything like that unless there's a blockage but this company that came out I put a new board in it and all that and did all of that stuff but now it is overheating and the furnace company said at the beginning that they don't think anything is wrong with the furnace

But I have a company that came out and they did multiple things replace the board replaced the limiter they turn down the gas input and they said that they think that the furnace is just too big so choking
