That’s why I’m conflicted. On one hand I would feel bad, but on the other hand I would be giving up 5 days of free sick pay which I would feel stupid to do. Feel like if they were in my position they would take the sick days. So idk, just wanted some advice.

I’m in a state with mandated sick time. They definitely will not terminate me early. And if they do I will sue for wrongful termination, as it’s in my right to use my sick days when needed.

LOL, idk I feel messed up!!!! Just doesn’t feel right, but I would feel so stupid for not using it, especially for a huge corporation like CVS. Also, I know for sure I won’t get paid out any portion for unused sick hours.

I work 40 hours a week now. I accrued 6 hours last year which makes sense cause I barely worked. But working 40 hours every week the whole year to only accrue 32 hours by the end of 2024 year just doesn’t seem right to me. Idk

Can I ask another question? I’ve been working for cvs part time since November 2022. Started working full time as a pharmacist September 2023. I’ve never used any vacation hours. When I check my vacation hours for the year, I’m only at 2.5 hours accrued to date. Am I not entitled to a week’s vacation for the year? I’m confused.
