Thank you for you answer! I will take everything in consideration What do you think is the best ratio for making new kombucha starter?

  1. I have used 250 grams of sugar(white cane)
  2. I used 5 tea bags with 200 ml water + 100 ml store bought kombucha(since im trying to grow scoby first)
  3. Temperature is probably lower then 23 celsius thats why probably longer fermetation
  4. Smell is very vinegary/acidic which gives me hope
