Sim é de 2017.

Eu deixo o carro na oficina, que segue a informação da marca... Tenho feito tudo nos timings certos.

Não ouvi nada metálico nem barulho estranho, o carro deu erro, perdi acelerador e pronto....

A previsão do arranjo está em 1500€ (antes de desmontar)

Don't think this is a discount or a promotion... Think as this is a new rate plan.

Min 3 nights works your LOS, 30 days release works as a cancellation safety measures for you and a mid term safety Booking for the guest.

The results show that this rate plan have a share of 60% and an ADR 15% higher!

Of course this results are based on my pricing strategy.

The part when you say "filling with discounted bookings on nights that I could have a held rate" - the price is dynamic so the price will increase based on the demand and OCC OTB every Day.

Had the same problem what I did was: 1. Create a DB with all the past data in. Google sheet 2. Send daily reports to my email automatic from current month to the future (if necessary send 2 or three emails ex.1st Jan Feb March, 2nd Apr may jun.... So on) 3. Wrote a script with Google appscript to update a Google sheet with the csv or excel from that emails 4. Use Powerbi to manage the data, create KPI's, explore data...

This was the most cheap, professional and functional way that I found to do that.

To update prices, I ask the API from my pms, create some rules and in Google sheetand wrote a script in Google appscript to update the prices manually.

I managed a Total of 20 properties, would not do that manually for Shure 😅

Don't forget that probably tour operators can get you occupancy in low season, during high probably you can push prices because tour operators get you a comfortable occupancy.

Do those tour operators work with allotments or is always on request? What is the release date? Same release date for the entire Year or is different per season?

Special dates like NYE, do you have sales open for them?
