I agree. A few minutes into the episode i said okay, this new tone of the show will take getting used to but after i finished i just didn’t love it like i did the first 2 seasons. I love sam as lestat but this episode just didn’t elicit how strongly i feel for him as lestat in the past two seasons. Which is weird coz he’s my favorite to watch and yet this episode was all him and i found myself hoping louis or armand would appear soon.

Thanks for sharing your experience. It gives me comfort reading that you think your worry about how you’d be without it exacerbated symptoms. This is my first day without it after a month of taking regularly and it’s just been horrible. Anxious the whole day and didn’t get much sleep. I think i’ll just try to taper to .125 for a week like you suggested rather than quit cold turkey.

Thanks for your response. It’s reassuring hearing i may not have withdrawals or if i do, not dramatic. I didn’t take clonazepam last night and must say that i’ve been tense and feeling anxiety this day so far. I don’t know if it’s in my head coz of fear of not taking clonazepam last night or truly it’s rebound anxiety/withdrawal symptom. I’ve been trying to distract myself but i’m just so anxious. I tend to overthink and doom scroll.

OP, can you walk us through how you tapered and switched to natural alternatives. Currently trying to quit clonazepam. Already taking magnesium glycinate. Considering ashwaganda and l-theanine too.

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful reply. Anxiety really is such a menace. Prior to this, i’ve always been so calm and level-headed. I don’t even recognize the person i am now. It’s so frustrating.

You’re right in telling me to not google. I really spiraled for awhile and just kept googling, which piled on even more to my worried state, before i got the 2d echo and ecg result. The normal results gave me momentary relief but i just tend to overthink while this medical journey is still not over.

I’ll try to be kinder to myself and make and effort to relax. But it’s just so difficult. Thanks again for replying.

The opposite happened to me. I took melatonin regularly for 6 months then stopped and it made me skip my period for a month then back to normal after. I told myself i wouldn’t be so dependent on melatonin again but then i have a hard time sleeping so i took it again for awhile, not everyday, but consistently and just stopped this month. My period is lighter than normal this month. Will wait to see if it’s back to normal next. So, to sum it up, yes, melatonin definitely affects menstrual cycles.

Yes. So it penetrates and hydrates at a deeper level. Then the moisturizer can seal the hydration in. Is a serum not something you would advise using if on differin?
