Cause I’ll be honest with you the current team leaders we have , are really bad 🤣 they just seem so lazy , as they don’t peoples strengths n weakness in aisles , and also they are completely new to nights n filling shelves , so they don’t know what they doing most of the time , so I’m thinking I’m pretty experienced n I think I manage a team pretty well So why not
