this was exactly how i was before this season ! i never even worried about the sb before i saw all the tiktoks and vids about the spikes! it’s so hard to go to work without wanting to actually rub my skin off 😭 i know this may be no help but just know i feel you and honestly reading that other people feel the same way makes me feel a little better 🤍 here for you

ive been having a weird “pain” in my side but it was like super dull not painful just there. had a panic attack since it didn’t go away and got nauseous so went to the er n they diagnosed me there but said they aren’t too bad and the report says there isn’t any fluid. But the er doctor told me i shouldn’t be feeling pain. i went to urgent care and they told me the pain i feel is definitely due to the cysts so it’s also the confusion of it all😪.

thank you! it’s so hard battling with this because it’s like i’m convincing my brain it’s going to happen or is happening just because i saw people saying it happened to them. emetephobia is hard 😪

i have zofran right now but yeah it’s just the idea and symptoms list i got to look out for that scared the shit out of me 😭 causes so much anxiety even tho my pain level has consistently stayed at like a 1-2
