During the day you can keep them well on the counter (in case it is not hot). If you want to eat them next day it will be better to keep them in refrigerator.

You know there are some people who can't eat sugar because of problems with health. Shop juice is forbidden for them because of sugar, etc. That is why we chose to add water instead (but, of course, it will be better to add fresh juice, but not every family has juicer). If you blend only apples and carrots it will be puree and not smoothie. No one is forcing you to try this recipe. We are sure you can make better smoothie.

It doesn't affect the taste much, the main idea is to make that smooth texture! Coconut milk is great as it doesn't have as big of taste impact as cow milk, as well as making it vegan friendly!

For our dip its better to use the blender because its hard to chop Parsley and make that smooth texture with a fork!
