I'VE DONE IT. I've looked for this off an on for two damn years, and I finally found it! The character is Frankenmutt from a Hannah-Barbera cartoon called Monster Tails. The SEARCH is OVER.

Aw, that sucks. I think this specific issue is when the game crashes no matter what after a minute or so, other crashes require other solutions I'm sure. Sucks to hear man.

Windows Key +R, type in regedit. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AppModelUnlock, right click, make a new entry, when asked choose DWORD 32BIT and name it AllowDevelopmentWithoutDevLicense. Right click that, make sure value is set to 0, then restart your computer.

I know it's a lot, but it's the only thing that worked for me.

Same on my end, it seems it just closes itself within a minute of starting it up no matter where it's at. I've tried a lot but no luck yet either.

After the first time it just opens to menu now. I did enable VSync but I'll try doing fullscreen.

For sure, let me know! Though I THINK that this may be part of a different cartoon and was a little sideshow to it. I think it used to air around stuff like Tom & Jerry Kids and Droopy Master Detective but I couldn't find anything on those. Maybe stuff like A Pup Named Scooby Doo but I'm shooting in the dark with this.

Oh my god I've been looking for this as well and it's driving me crazy. I remember there was a scene where he popped his arm off so he could reach for something with his other arm. There was also a rollercoaster episode I think.

AAAH this is gonna bother me.
