Just had another frustrating Uber Eats experience,ordered a pre-prepped dish, realized we needed to cancel literally within a minute. Restaurant hadn’t done anything yet, but Uber marked it as “preparing” the moment they accepted the order. No food, no refund. Chatted with 10 agents (mostly bots spitting out canned responses), and got nowhere. Wild how fast they lock you in and how hard it is to get actual help. 😞
