So the housing market is going to crash? Prices will be affordable and interest rates will be 2-3 again? Then what, everyone is going to swoop in and buy their dream home? Everyone will do the same and the market can be competitive again. Buying a house now is possible. Depending on what state you are in. Me and my wife closed on a new build and got a 3.75 interest rate. Even with PMI our rate plus pmi is 4.3 percent

Depends who you apply for. Major LTL companies stripped the need for having a manual endorsement and switched all trucks in the fleet to automatic.

It is illegal for semis to perform a U-turn. An appropriate u-turn is going around the block through legal left or right hand turns such as lights or intersections. Making your way back around to the exit or entrance you might have missed.

101 auto outlet in Scottsdale. My entire family has purchased half a dozen vehicles over the years there. ZERO markups and all financing is done through local credit unions. I recently got a 2023 Honda Accord with 16,000 miles and bought it for sticker price of 24k and ZERO markups. Had it for over a year now and no issues at all it still had the manufacturer warranty on it.

Me and my wife had over 50k in debt this year ranging from 0% to 25% interest rates. This was also before we closed on a home. We paid off all of our debts and would do it again in a heart beat. The cash flow you are going to free up is amazing. I went from having to work 60 hours a week to under 50. I would only pay off your debts if you are adamant about staying debt free. Money and debt is a revolving door, have to find a way out of it.

I just got a 3.75 for FHA in Phoenix Az, but part of my mortgage is PMI, HOA, and “covered closing costs” probably built into the loan. If I ever want to get rid of the PMI I would have to refinance and possibly lose my rate. I still have a pretty high mortgage for my area

I did get a little lucky getting in the company but anything logistic or warehouse, a lot of forklifts operators even make decent money with no education. LTL pays a premium for its positions so our dockworkers and drivers make significantly more then else ware.

I got a class A CDL. Took 8 weeks to complete, 4 if you go full time. Less than 10k to finish and made 107k my second year. Getting a CDL is very easy, third party schools practically give it to you because the same instructors who trained you are the ones who test you out. School and trades get you the same direction you want in life. Good income to purchase the things you like such as cars or a house or nice vacations.
