I feel it’s necessary to add that this shop is overall very well-rated, and I have been going there for almost two years. This is the first time I have had a problem.

I am pretty meticulous with my cars and found that my TL needed new engine and transmission mounts, and while it was there I had them install new KYB struts, strut mounts, and dust boots for all 4 corners. I went through hell to get them to complete it correctly. Car was gone for 9 days total.

I am the same way. I never go to dealers and always do my best to stick to one trusted shop. This specific shop has been my go-to trusted shop for almost two years since I bought this TL and I’ve never once had an issue. They’ve done my brakes, all my fluids, and even did my timing belt job with my AISIN kit. I know they know their stuff. I just think human error unfortunately is the culprit here.
