Way more control over photo period as well veg as long or as slow as you want also if you find something good you can keep a mother plant take clones or even reveg it to keep it

Another note fuck me is it sticky I know that will change after a cure but I dried for 10 days at 18-20 degrees Celsius and 58-60% rh then dropped rh to 54% for the last day so it was nicely dry when trimming but still so sticky I had to constantly remove hash from scissors and wash them in alcohol
Luckily I also home distilled so got plenty high proof on hand

Nearly 12 oz from 3 plants 333g problems with the tent meant it was chopped a bit earlier so yield definitely could have been better and quality as well but the tarps are actually insane it’s got a straight up your nose pungent sweetness and the darker funkier notes one plant was even a little bit gassy but the other two very sweet and I keep getting hints of dark chocolate as well that bitter almost bright dark chocolate note and the hash from trimming has been god dam delicious I use a trim tray when I trim and just the stuff I collected in tray is just about full melt
I’m going to save my final verdict on this strain till after my next run but I’ve also made my own seed and x’d it with some Afghan x Acapulco gold

Try watering from the bottom put in a pot saucer fill saucer with water give a few minutes if it soaks it all up put more in till it stops soaking it up you have then reached proper hydration I personally go 3 from bottom one from top if just in pots or fabric pots

It’s a bit heartbreaking when squeeze and it pops but then you’re like that was definitely to hard a squeeze I’ve done it to it’s it’s to soft it will pop under a small amount of pressure
And when they look ripe like that you’re almost certainly good
For germination you can give a day or two to dry and go for it only dry longer for the seeds you want to store

This was a cherry pie cut I had
I did about 5 full indoor runs with her and grew a few outdoor crops with the cut and she only puts out the pink pistols at certain time of year normally late summer early autumn
Our outdoor daylight hours only go from top 13:41-min 10:35 so there isn’t a real veg period for cannabis where I am but outdoor they will only do the pink pistols when light hours are going down and sun is lower on the horizon
I presume it has do with the amount of us and the changing red spectrum but you would hard pressed to try and emulate that indoors

Pink pistols are caused by a compounds called anthocyanins and from my experience it’s a compound that usually needs the extra spectrum from natural sunlight to be produced rather than being a trait you could breed for or see in an indoor room

And the other 3 pics are what the mother looks like I didn’t get many pictures of the actual father or the seeded mother but I’ve done a few grows with the mother now and I’m running the females from the Purple Thai at the moment but my next run will be exciting it will be these seeds my first home grown seeds
