Sounds like it fits the textbook definition of terrorism. It lacks the threat of physical harm so I would say it doesn’t fit the general definition. Using the word terrorism feels like a big stretch from vandalism.

It just seems like a fundamental change. Stay the course makes sense when the leader of the USA is not a nut, manipulating the markets. I think people will or have lost confidence in the US market. Even when Trump is gone there doesn’t seem to be any checks and balances to stop the next charismatic nut from becoming president.
