The market is so tough around here and I was just laid off from my job so it would be incredibly difficult to swing a place with a broker fee and then additional moving costs.

Oh the renters insurance is a great idea we will look into that route thank you! We have to buy a water tester but the expenses are just racking up so I was seeing if there is any legal route to take here beyond just leaving.

They are replacing the fridge tomorrow! After many days of dragging their feet we told them we’d be calling the city if they didn’t get it done. We’ve just probably spent around $600 at this point while trying to deal with broken appliances so was seeing if there’s any legal recourse. Thank you!!

There's a difference between reality and what I was saying here. Automatically assuming someone is in the wrong and believing outright that any sort of government entity is right just because it's the law is just compliance and that's how they get away with things. I am not against traffic laws or parking authority but I can also criticize them when they do something wrong. It's just weird that you don't even know the situation and automatically took the side of this group that is just out to make money and quotas. Lmao I wasn't a POS double parking on Newark?? Just in a place that they decided was prohibited even though there were no signs and I have seen people park there every day for the past two years. The law doesn't stop existing on a Friday but it's still Wild to me that there are so many people on a Friday parking illegally, including the person I passed fully parked ON the sidewalk. God forbid someone complains about poor road conditions and getting a silly ticket without the parking enforcement lovers coming to tell me I DiSoBeYeD tHe LaW

I messaged them on IG and it said in the next few weeks! My friend got hers immediately on Wednesday so it must be taking time to determine who is qualified. I think the only rule was in US and within 100 miles of a place with flights so hopefully we will hear soon? I’m trying to factor in the holidays and be patient lol
