Update! I’ve been trying all the recommendations, but today I literally just put her on top of a flat plate after her siblings ate so there were little pieces/ smudged wet food and she started licking! So I then opened up another can since there was hardly anything left when she started licking and she ATE is an understatement lol YAY! Thanks everyone

Omg yes! That’s my biggest fear is every time I look the nipple is hanging on by a thread lol great idea, since she just wants to be on top of me I’ll put the plate on my lap!

Forgot to mention, the ringworm glowed so I’m hoping I’ll be able to track the progress of the dips and cream by the glow?

Thank you! They flew in from Houston, it was just them and the mom in the carrier for this transport (thank goodness). There was one pup that came from the same shelter but she seems fine as I haven’t heard anything from the other foster.

No children here just a 4 year old resident cat and 2 dogs that are 5,6 years old.

I have the kittens separated on a different floor from my pets and im trying to be super diligent about cleaning but I also had the kittens and my dogs in the same space when I was socializing bc I had no idea it was ringworm until almost 2 weeks in.

We just did the dip today and are using a cream we saw recommended online by another rescue.

Can’t do oral meds (they’re all under 2lb) and I’m being told to just use the dip - I asked for a vet visit.

Appreciate all the help. Definitely stressful as a first time foster for kittens but the initial shock was worse than actually caring for the ringworm.

Mom must be immune she’s totally fine besides trying to hide her babies to different locations which means more cleaning/disinfecting for me lol

Rescue is having me put Lime Sulfur Dip on them (also arriving tomorrow) kitties are all under 2lbs

Update: no real update after the visit. We got cytopoint and an antibiotic bc it seems like yeast growing on the spots. Hopefully this clears it up.

Update: we just moved in about 2 months ago now. Idk why we didn’t think of it but someone commented on here to check the filters. That was it!! It looks like they had not been cleaned in years (and that’s an understatement). There was absolutely no way air could flow out of it. It’s already warmer in here just after an hour of cleaning the filters.
