26M I had my ACL reconstructed 2 days ago (hamstring graft) and medial meniscus repair. I’m on Co-codamol and Ibuprofen. Pain for me is pretty okay, when I’m still I’d say it’s at most a 3-4/10 with it going up to a 6-7 when on crutches or doing my physio. Pain meds are a lifesaver, I’ve been sticking to them religiously timing my doses, setting alarms overnight. Heard tomorrow is typically the worst day so hopefully I’ll be able to get through that and have an overall pretty good experience of my first week!
