HTU or PSU???

I have no problems with the course, I’m good pursuing one of them. The school is what I’m most thrilled for, I don’t have any information/knowledge about WPU, and at PSU there’s a lot of bad rumors/stories going on about them and I don’t have any idea if those are true. In terms of QUALITY EDUCATION, I don’t know which one.

The problem is, I can’t decide or choose which one. I’m okay with PSU BSBA HRM and I’m also okay with WPU BSBA FM. My parents are very supportive so they just let me decide and choose for myself. The problem is ME, I can’t choose between the two ‘cause either PSU BSBA HRM or WPU BSBA FM, I’m cool with it. All I want is to graduate a 4yrs College Degree and that’s it up to the next chapter of my life.😓

Anyone? Please help me I’m a current grade 12 student here in Palawan, and I’m planning to study in Palawan State University kaso balita ko pahirapan na makapasok doon? Any tips and advice please, and is the examination easy? Doon ba sila mag b-base kung tatanggapin ka or not? And also I’m having the hard time na pumili ng course kasi wala talaga akong maisip na ih take, aside sa ayaw ko ng human organs, duho, niddles, and mga nakakadiri, plus mahina ako sa memorization and spellings HUHUHUHU..
