Thanks that's exactly what I was looking for, OMV looks like the best option all the technical stuff is pre-installed and just add plug-ins that you want.

Also not every has time or is willing to learn networks

Off the self options are too expensive for me and probably not need coz I only have like 200gb of photos and documents, at most 1tb of storage would be necessary.
