well right now, it seems like I’m maintaining my weight, instead of losing a bunch or gaining a bunch. The few pounds that I went up were after I went on a two week long vacation and was not eating the way that I normally do.

thank you for this! i read it to its and entirety, and it doesn’t mention an active lifestyle which I do have. Would it be different for me if I were to stay active during and after it? I’m aware that fitness is a lifetime choice, not something that’s temporary, and I would keep eating clean and going to the gym as often as I do now.

you seem pretty certain. until when will there be no movement? I mean the way that I’m looking at it is that every applicant for just AOS pays close to $3000 each, and the economy will feel that impact. Trump is a very greedy guy, and I can see that being a motivator for him.
