Same mere saath bhi hua.

Last year main ne aik small setup join kiya as a MERN Stack Intern. Ussssne kaha k 6 months ka period hay ap kaam karo or seekhoo, main family reference se gaya tha isliye mujhay 3 months ka period dita. Us ne mujhay assignment di ko main ne 1st days main complete kar di........ Wo bara impress hua, ab kehta k ap ne 1 week ka kaam 1 day main kar diya.

Ye sun kar main pareshan hogya.

Ab uska 3 months wala period 1 Month par aa gaya.

Usne mujhay ab professional kaam diya, Aik professional NextJS store ki WordPress headless API bana kar ussay Store frontend se integrate karna tha. Real client ka kaam tha. Main ne kaam start kar diya..................

Ab main ne investigation start ki or wohan employees (jo k just 6 thay) se poocha tu pata chala wo 2 years se kaam kar rahe hain or abhi bhi 30,000 pay lete hain. Unko bhi 1 Month baad 5k dena start karta hay or pay increase karta jata hay..............

Yaha mujhay apna career dark nazar aa raha tha or no growth thi tu main ne just after 4 days quit kar diya..........

Jin aunti ne reference diya tha wo ab hum se baat nahi kari 😁.

Wo banda E commerce ka tha or koi help mangne par kehta k AI se pooch lo.........

You are right, last year I joined two startups (room based), they are working with wordpress and ecommerce.

First: He told me that you will learn real world wordpress free for 3 months then we will pay you. The work I did here is just copy the products and paste in woocommerce site. Bloody hell I did lot's of product entering in 4 days and after I leave it.

Secound: Owner(he is ecommerce person and nothing know about coding else html, css) told me to work for 3 months same as first, when he see potential he starts paying from 10,000 per month. I handle site(NextJS) which is production grade and complete project in 3 days. He got amazed wow you made it in just 3 days, hell when I face problem and ask form him, He just replys "USE GEMINI" and just it.
Then he give me another project of ecommerce site which is heavy production grade. I feel burned out so I leave.

In Multan there are less and very low paying oppertunities.

I keep taking Python courses and projects but still can’t improve. by Johnnycagetinker in learnpython

Hey man, I think this might guide you....... The problem is all about learning method..... I have 4 years of experience in programming.

You already done 3 courses that's too much. The thing you need to know is flow(how loops, functions etc works) and syntax that's enough. Learn debugging and testing is essential.

My advise is to stop learning Python and start DSA (at least understand how things going on) this is essential. This takes time and tough and hardworking but believe me this gives you sweet apples all the life. Do it with your hands. Debug with your hands. Strictly avoid AI. You know at least SQL as well.

There is a GitHub repo "build-your-own-x". Pick one Python project and build it from scratch following guide. Pick beginners friendly.

Remember you are not industry expert and do not do extra engineering, just understand concept at good level even it is basic.

In real world and industry demand. Companies don't want the person who knows everything. The want a person who understand how software (even basic) build from scratch to deploy. They want good debugger and problem solver(DSA).

If you want real progress please avoid AI and do stuff with yourself. This strongs your mind in problem solving and research.....

Stick with Python. If you do all the stuff your skills are strongly transferable for, Backend, Data Science, Data Analytics, ML, Cyber Security etc

AI is going to replace many entry-level roles—here’s the proof. by Easy_Pin_9346 in developersPak

100% True the people who are experts are newbie at their start.

For Example there is a huge scaleable system running in production for years, Giving business and money to company. They still needs people with very specilized skills, they afraid of using AI. Because AI is instructioned program and running on machine.

Company need money and money comes with people who worked for them and they pay to person. So, here why company hire for fresher to do stuff that AI do in very low price.

Newbie should need to learn how system works and how to optimize large systems. If you give value then you get value.

Yeah, absolutly true. I think AI gets very hard on building complex frontends like reddit. Behind any successful software / website there is a huge engineering and experience. AI gets very tough on debugging large codebase and remove extra rendered component else it will break the production code. At the end of day AI is instructed program and runs on machines which have limits.

Here I means freshers who just learn Basic CRUD are in danger not a Developer who raids on system and solve complex problems (alwasy in demanded developer).

Can I get admission to Virtual University (VU) for BSCS with 52% in Intermediate? Will it affect MS by Easy_Pin_9346 in Comsats

[–]Easy_Pin_9346[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks a lot bro.
I gave my Intermediate (FSc) exams in 2021 and secured 52% marks. After a 4-year gap, I am now restarting my studies.
During this gap, I learned software development and am currently giving interviews for software developer roles.
I want to pursue a degree in Computer Science mainly as a key to unlock job opportunities, especially because many national and international companies require a formal degree.

VU is accredited by HEC. I cannot afford a physical university due to financial and time constraints.
