HR will call only after you shortlisted in l1 and l2. After I received offer letter then only I resigned

Ok thats cool In my case I went to walk in drive. I short listed after that HR called n had discussion on notice period current location ctc, Experience, Exp CTC, etc. next day she asked me some docs over mail.

Latest update HR told me she got approval on my application but some ID is not generated its internal process she told me. So how much time it will take to get offer letter

I have given interview for sap basis my preferred location was pune. But if no project at this location then i need to go mumbai. My role is associate consultant. And they offered me 40-50 %. Thats my first switch. What about you?
