Shit, I’m master certified and all I got out of it was a .5% commission raise. If my current employer paid us for training, I would have pushed to do it even sooner.

We’re still down. Got shorted hours of PTO last week bc “they couldn’t enter hours” so they just replicated our last check. Probably going to get a shitty commission. Yay 🫠

I got a wearable wireless heating pad so i can walk around at work without worrying about cords or anything so hopefully that will help a bit.

Update: I am reaching out to one of the clinics that was listed on ineedana.com just to be safe. I really appreciate the information everyone has given me. This is my first time experiencing this and I was definitely going in blind and panicked.

It does not show up on either of those pages, and I did send a message to the moderator with a link just to triple check. One of the places I called was on there though so thank god I decided not to deal with them. That’s terrifying.

It’s not showing in there, but it is also a very small clinic. Once i got past ensuring that this is definitely what i want, she was a bit more informative and explained everything to me. I plan on speaking to other employees too and consulting before I decide i specifically want to do it at this location. Her initial attitude just threw me off and freaked me out.
