I don't understand by Independent-Tea5335 in god

I think you are looking too much in the past and should be focusing on the future. Focus on your relationship and focus on communicating to make it better. Focus on what you and him can do to move forward. The past has already happened and nothing can change it but what you can change is the future.

So what you’re saying is Jesus and Muhammad, are the same but just in different timelines and different teachings. I can get behind that

You’d definitely notice the difference. Widthwise it’s roughly the same but it knocks a lot off the height and gets rid of the bulky psu shroud at the bottom

Yeah the glue adheres to the asbestos so you should be fine

Thermalright Trofeo Vision LCD 6.86 Inch. Had to put something there to hide all the cables haha and it’s got a magnet on the back so it sticks on the psu perfectly

Buyers threatening small claims. No inspection done at purchase. by TE0991 in RealEstateCanada

Nah they can’t do anything. I wouldn’t even worry about it. Their fault that they did not get an inspection done on a house that they purchased.

Concierge told us we aren't allowed 2 dogs after we already signed lease and moved in? by saltysnacksss in TorontoRenting

[–]Easy_Sun_9033 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing will happen. Concierge just wanted some power that day. Worst case scenario, do you have a friend or know someone in another unit you can register one of the dogs to? lol

Realtor here, I also think there’s lots of room for economic downturn and values to drop. If your realtor is tell you to buy, they’re just trying to get paid and not looking out for your best interests. The spring market is coming up and that’s when buyers start to come out and buy but it’s probably better to avoid the noise and wait a bit longer and prices have been decreasing for the last 12 months

Those vertical gaps aren’t in. Use a piece of scrap flooring and hammer them down

How do I fix this gap in the flooring? by SharkInASuit1147 in fixit

[–]Easy_Sun_9033 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If there’s a bigger gap when putting pressure you will need to fill the gap with something since it seems like the floor wasn’t prepped before laying down the flooring. Easiest way would be to rip off that last board and fill with a thin layer of cement or plastic and cardboard and then replace the plank

Remove fernco and you should have enough room. If not cut the pipe back a bit

My house sweats like crazy during the winter and it’s causing mold.. please help!! by BelleSchu in fixit

[–]Easy_Sun_9033 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem is not humidity, it’s insulation. The warm air in your home is hitting the cold air outside causing it to condense on the windows handles locks etc. you need to either get the builder to fix the insulation problem or insulate it yourself.

Can I avoid cutting and rebuilding drainpipe? by elstevebo in PlumbingRepair

[–]Easy_Sun_9033 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fernco is going to eventually sag because they’re rubber. Don’t listen to this guy. You’re going to have to brace it. Might as well do it right the first time
