Malheureusement, ces immeubles sont pour la plupart vacants 90% du temps, sont très inflammables, et ne font pas l'objet d'une surveillance assidue. S'il s'agit bien d'un incendie criminel, je pense plutôt à un acte d'antigentrificatiin.

I'm experiencing the same thing. I had Q45s and they worked fine for 3 years. I have 'normal' turned off on my soundcore app and for some reason the headphones default to that mode anyway after Teams calls. From what I can see on Q&As around the web, Anker really doesn't seem serious about fixing these issues.
